Pack the Garments
Carefully place your unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Await Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
